Permanent Registration

This service is intended for a provisionally registered vessel to receive thepermanent registration.

Requirements

1. Original Evidence of Deletion Certificate

2. Original Application for Registration

3. Original Proof of Ownership, such as Bill of Sale, Builder Certificate, Court Documents duly notarizedor authenticated by a Notary, PISR Deputy Registrar or Palau Diplomatic Mission

4. RAA Attestation Letter

5. LRIT Conformance Test Report, as applicable6. Crew List

1. C.101 - CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY

2. C.102 - SHIP RADIO STATION LICENSE

3. C.103 - MINIMUM SAFE MANNING

Provisional Registration

This service is intended for a vessel to be provisionally registered under Palau Flag.

Requirements

1. Acceptance of Quotation OR Purchase Order

2. Application for Registration (Appl. A001)

3. Application for Minimum Safe Manning (Manning Composition) (Appl. A039)

4. Application for Ship Radio Station License - (Basic Details)

5. Power of Attorney or Article of incorporation as evidence of Authority for the person signing theapplication form or Copy of Passport (for application by individuals)

6. Proof of Ownership such as Bill of Sale or Court Documents duly notarized or authenticated by aNotary, PISR Deputy Registrar or Palau Diplomatic Mission

7. Copy of Passport of the application signatory

8. Current and Updated Vessel s Survey Status from Current RO

9. Current ISM DOC(s) issued by Any Flag Administration for Intended ISM Manager
